The thesis deals with the purchasing habits of customers of a selected business entity operating in the field of production of feed mixtures. Through an anonymous questionnaire survey, data are collected from customers, which are subsequently analysed in the thesis. Based on the findings, recommendations are made to the entity that have the potential to improve the customer experience.
Purchasing habits and satisfaction of clients of a shopping center

The aim of this diploma master is to analyse the purchasing habits and satisfaction of clients of a shopping centre, evaluate recent changes and propose possible measures to improve the current situation. The theoretical part of the thesis contains information that is necessary for understanding the issue. There are mentioned factors affecting shopping behaviour, purchasing decision-making process, customer satisfaction and the definition of retail and shopping centre. The practical part is focused on the analysis of purchasing habits and satisfaction of clients of shopping centre. An anonymous questionnaire survey was used to obtain the necessary information. Finally, the obtained data are evaluated and measures to increase customer satisfaction are proposed. For the purpose of verification of purchasing habits and satisfaction of clients of shopping centre, there are determined hypothesis, which are then evaluated through statistical tests.
Food related lifestyle: shopping and nutritional habits in the Czech society

Presented diploma thesis deals with a problematics of shopping and nutritional habits in the Czech society. Its primary aims are to identify the shopping characteristics of Czech consumers, to find out whether the consumers are interested in a healthy lifestyle, if they pursue and consume organic (bio) food, and most importantly, what are the motivation factors of the consumers for shopping in general. The secondary aim is a comparison of the presented survey and the foreign FRL (Food Related Lifestyle) concept which served as an inspiration of the analytical part of this thesis. The research section of the thesis is characterized as a pilot survey for which the method of quantitative research by questionnaire survey was chosen. The previously determined hypotheses are verified by the crosstabs and by the cluster analysis method. The main parameter of the study is the healthy lifestyle which is confronted with particular aspects of the FRL concept and also compared to the identified consumer segments. On the general level, the main contribution of the presented diploma thesis is the introduction of the FRL concept, which allows to create a typology of consumers on which is possible to build some effective measures to streamline the eating habits of the general population. The analysis of shopping behavior in Bruntál

The bachelor thesis is covering characteristics of retail shopping of town Bruntál and the following analysis of the behavior of customers. The work is divided into three chapters. First describes basic characteristics of the region and Bruntál itself. It covers mainly demografical and socioeconomical structure of inhabitants. Second part discuss in detail available shopping facilities of Bruntál with the emphasis on the large shops (hypermarkets, supermarkets, disconts). Third, final part proceeds with the analysis of results of the questionary research performed in Bruntál. The interpretation of the results was given using graphs and tables.
The analysis of the customar's buying behaviour in the town of Prostějov

The bachelor thesis analyzes buying terms and buying habits in retail trade in the area of groceries in the town of Prostějov. The introduction presents the topic of buying behaviour and determines the aim of the thesis. The town of Prostějov and its surroundings are characterized in the first chapter which also describes the retail network of Prostějov. The second chapter characterizes current buying behaviour in the Czech Republic. The third part is devoted to the results of the realized questionnaire, which are summarized and compared with available market nationwide trends in the conclusion.
